With more than 15 years experience in strategic communications, I help organizations communicate with clarity, confidence and purpose. I’ve worked across the non-profit and business sectors, supporting leaders through change, shaping public narratives, and guiding teams during high-visibility moments. I’ve seen how the right message at the right time can shift understanding and strengthen connection.

Born and raised in Saskatoon, I earned my Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. I have since built a career in strategic content development, storytelling, with a focus on brand voice and messaging.

I am a mom of two, spending most of my free time as an unofficial Uber between the rink, soccer field and baseball diamond. When I am not on the go, I’m spending time outside with my family, walking our dog, or squeezing in a workout.

I love connecting with people, learning from their experiences and sharing stories. Writing has always been a true passion for me and a way to help others find their authentic, intentional voice.
